The app

Tempo is made by Max in Austria. It is provided as it is, with care but without a guarantee that it fits every purpose. Keep backups of your folder — the app makes daily ones, and your files are plain text, so any backup tool works too.

The trial and the licence

Everything is free for 14 days after the first launch, without a card or an account. After that a licence keeps the app fully working; without one the app opens your pages and takes notes, but does not edit or start Focus. Your files are never locked.

Refunds

14 days after a purchase, no questions asked.

Your data

Covered on the privacy page: your files stay yours, nothing leaves the Mac unless you turn it on.

Changes

These terms may change with a new release; the date of the last change is at the foot of this page. Austrian law applies.
