Triada Tempo is the Mac app for the Triada method: three outcomes a day, a week and a month, written as what changed, with a calm focus clock and plain Markdown or Org files you own.
Triada Tempo runs the Rule of Three on the Mac: three outcomes a day, a week, a month and a quarter, written in the past tense as what changed. A focus clock in the menu bar counts timed slices, and a Friday reflection closes the week. Everything lives in plain Markdown or Org files in a folder you choose, with no account and no cloud.
